Climbing steep stairs to reach the rooms can be a hassle, especially with heavy luggage. WiFi connection in the rooms is lackluster, forcing a trip to the lobby for decent internet. Some rooms may have minor issues like tilted beds that haven't been properly addressed, disappointing given the price.

We had triple room, and it was authentic with tv.

It was airy, large and with tv. The location was great for Dublin, near to town centre, Temple and O'Connell Street and the tram stop. We went to Caulfield's Hotel, located close to the property, to have some dinner.

A few things you should know

The staff's friendliness was really good! And the breakfast spread was good-especially the tasty sausages and fresh fruit salad that filled me up!

Some areas felt a bit dated, with a few common spaces needing more attention. The noise from the street made it tough to relax at times.

The rooms were fairly quiet and bright and complete with an ensuite bathroom, big windows, as example.

Inconsistent maintenance of the building could definitely use attention!!! It's a bit far from key attractions. The numerous stairs create accessibility challenges for those with heavy luggage!!!

Harveys guest house was supposed to be charming, but i found the steep stairs inconvenient, especially with my luggage! And let's talk about the location, far from everything. A 25-minute walk just to reach anything interesting! I expected a complimentary gesture, but was treated like just another guest, sooo disappointing!

Staying at harveys guest house was wonderful! We loved the character of the georgian hotel and how cute the staff were. It was super convenient for our family of eight to stay together. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The location is fantastic, just a block from the bus stop to attractions.

Arriving here seemed like a warm hug after a long drive, and I really appreciated how the staff quickly accommodated my early appointment with a smile. I loved chilling in the cozy lounge and catching up on my favorite shows in the TV room after a busy day. Just a heads up, the sidewalks could use a bit of cleaning nearby, but it's nothing that overshadowed my lovely experience 😊

Harveys Guest House was a good surprise! The cute hosts, Nicholas and Robert, were accommodating, even providing detailed directions to local attractions. The ensuite bathroom was spacious, and the room had a comfortable bed. Plus, the cozy lounges with free WiFi were perfect for unwinding after daytime adventures.

Charming Georgian-style building, and the room was so well-kept with a TV 🏠. The location couldn't be better-it's right next to Temple Bar and Croke Park.
